  WB analysis using 68399-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68399-1-Ig (NVL antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Alpha Tubulin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66031) as loading control.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 68399-1-Ig

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug NVL Monoclonal antibody (68399-1-Ig, Clone:1D8G4) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1)(red), or 0.2 ug Mouse IgG1 isotype control Mouse McAb (66360-1-Ig, Clone: 1F8D3) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

NVL(nuclear VCP-like) belongs to the AAA ATPase family and may facilitate the dissociation and recycling of nucleolin, thereby promoting efficient ribosome biogenesis. It acts as an ATP-dependent zinc metallopeptidase. This protein has 5 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.
