  WB analysis using 66603-1-Ig (same clone as 66603-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66603-1-Ig (NXN antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66603-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human kidney using 66603-1-Ig (same clone as 66603-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue slide using 66603-1-Ig (NXN antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66603-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HEK-293 cells using NXN antibody (66603-1-Ig, Clone: 2C6A4 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66603-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

Nucleoredoxin (NRX/NXN), a relatively uncharacterized member of the TRX family protein, has recently been reported to regulate the Wnt/β-catenin pathway, which itself regulates cell fate and early development, in a redox-dependent manner(PMID:17567240). Northern blot analysis detected several nucleoredoxin splice variants in adult mouse tissues, with highest expression in testis and skin and lowest expression in liver(PMID:9119370). It has 3 isoforms produced by alternative splicing. This antibody is specific to NXN.
