  WB analysis using 30606-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30606-1-AP (OSR1 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse embryo using 30606-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse embryo tissue slide using 30606-1-AP (OSR1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

Odd-skipped-related1(OSR1), contains 3 C2H3-type zinc fingers, a tyrosine phosphorylation site and several putative PXXP SH3 binding motifs. It's a transcription factor that has a role in embryonic heart and urogenital development. Expressed during the beginning stages of embryogenesis and during limb and branchial arch development, it possibly participarts in the metanephric kidney formation. OSR1 also plays a key role in the generation of kidney precursor cells and their subsequent differentiation into nephrons. OSR1 is upregulated in several pancreatic and esopha-geal cancer cell lines and downregulated in some primary gastric cancers
