  FC experiment of BALB/c mouse splenocytes using 98381-1-RR (same clone as 98381-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 untreated or Anti-IgM and CD40 treated BALB/c mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse OX40 Ligand/TNFSF4 Rabbit RecAb (98381-1-RR, Clone:242227B1) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were then stained with CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Mouse CD19 (1D3) (CL488-65290, Clone: 1D3). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98381-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 Anti-IgM and CD40 treated BALB/c mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse OX40 Ligand/TNFSF4 Rabbit RecAb (98381-1-RR, Clone:242227B1) (red) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), or Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). 1x10^6 untreated mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse OX40 Ligand/TNFSF4 Rabbit RecAb (98381-1-RR, Clone:242227B1) (black, dashed) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98381-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98381-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98381-1-RR against Mouse OX40L/TNFSF4 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.445 nM.

Hintergrundinformationen

The tumour necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 4 gene (TNFSF4, OX40L), which encodes for the T cell costimulatory molecule OX40 ligand, has been identified as a susceptibility gene for the development of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). OX40L/TNFSF4/CD252 is a co-stimulatory checkpoint protein expressed by several types of immune and non-immune cells (PMID: 15750594, 19778912). TNFSF4 mRNA is expressed in melanoma cell lines and melanoma samples, including those with low lymphocytic infiltrates, and is not associated with the ulceration status of the primary tumor (PMID: 31501955).
