  1x10^6 K-562 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug OXER1 Polyclonal antibody (55202-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.4 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). Hintergrundinformationen

OXER1, also named as GPR170 and TG1019, is a receptor for eicosanoids and polyunsaturated fatty acids such as 5-oxo-6E,8Z,11Z,14Z-eicosatetraenoic acid (5-OXO-ETE), 5(S)-hydroperoxy-6E,8Z,11Z,14Z-eicosatetraenoic acid (5(S)-HPETE) and arachidonic acid. It seems to be coupled to the G(i)/G(o), families of heteromeric G proteins. (PMID:12065583) This antibody is specific to OXER1.
