  WB analysis using 23185-1-AP

  Mouse kidney tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 23185-1-AP (P4HA3 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of A549 using 23185-1-AP

  A549 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 23185-1-AP (P4HA3 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at 4 degree celsius over night.

• 

  IF Staining of A549 using 23185-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed A549 cells using P4HA3 antibody (23185-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

Collagen prolyl 4-hydroxylases catalyze the hydroxylation of proline in x-pro-gly triplets in collagens and in proteins with collagen-like sequences. Collagen prolyl 4-hydroxylases are tetramers of 2 alpha subunits, such as P4HA3, and 2 beta subunits(P4HB). P4HA3 has 3 isoforms produced by alternative splicing with the MW of 61 kDa, 29 kDa and 67 kDa.
