  WB analysis of mouse liver using 10085-1-AP

  mouse liver tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10085-1-AP (PAFAH2 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of mouse liver using 10085-1-AP

  IP result of anti-PAFAH2 (IP:10085-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:10085-1-AP 1:300) with mouse liver tissue lysate 6400ug.

• 

  IHC staining of human lymphoma using 10085-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human lymphoma using 10085-1-AP (PAFAH2 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 10x lens).

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:200-1:1000
• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:20-1:200

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.

Hintergrundinformationen

The family of platelet-activating factor-acetylhydrolase (PAF-AH) consists of enzymes which catalyze the hydrolysis of acetyl ester at the sn-2 position of PAF(Platelet-activating factor). The intracellular type II PAF-AH is a single polypeptide about a 40 kd distributed in both the cytosol and membranes of many kinds of cells.
