  WB analysis using 13799-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13799-1-AP (PARN antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HepG2-Zellen, humanes Cerebellum-Gewebe, MDA-MB-453s-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Endometriumkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:20-1:200
