  WB analysis using 14463-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14463-1-AP (PARVB antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse spleen using 14463-1-AP

  mouse spleen tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14463-1-AP (PARVB antibody) at dilution of 1:100 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human stomach using 14463-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach tissue slide using 14463-1-AP (PARVB antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using PARVB antibody (14463-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-phalloidin (red).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Magengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HeLa-Zellen
