  WB analysis of PC-3 using 21859-1-AP

  PC-3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21859-1-AP (PCDH10 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis using 21859-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21859-1-AP (PCDH10 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of mouse brain using 21859-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 21859-1-AP (PCDH10 Antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IHC staining of mouse brain using 21859-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 21859-1-AP (PCDH10 Antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of PC-3 using 21859-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20℃ Ethanol) fixed PC-3 cells using 21859-1-AP (PCDH10 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushirngewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Pcdh10 antibody worked very well for me. I saw the bands even after 5 sec of exposure at dilution 1:1000 o/n incubation.

In tissue, there is some background but the antibody give a correct signal. I also try in human primary fibroblasts, the background is lower and the band at 130kd observed here , is not present.- dilution 1/1500 should be enough
