  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using PCSK9 antibody (83004-4-RR, Clone: 230536E4 ) at dilution of 1:150 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83004-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 83004-4-RR (same clone as 83004-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug PCSK9 Recombinant antibody (83004-4-RR, Clone:230536E4) and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83004-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83004-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83004-4-RR against Mouse PCSK9 were performed. The affinity constant is 384 nM.

PCSK9 (Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9) is the ninth member of the proprotein convertase family that regulates lipoprotein homeostasis and altered PCSK9 expression was reportedly associated with tumor development and progression. PCSK9 is primarily synthesized and expressed in the liver but also in many other tissues, such as the intestinal tract, kidney, brain, heart, and blood vessels (PMID: 36242053).
