  IF Staining of MCF-7 using CL488-83100

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed MCF-7 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 PCYT1A antibody (CL488-83100, Clone: 230393B4 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of A431 using CL488-83100

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug Coralite® Plus 488 Pcyt1a Recombinant Antibody (CL488-83100, Clone:230393B4)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

This gene belongs to the cytidylyltransferase family and is involved in the regulation of phosphatidylcholine biosynthesis. Mutations in this gene are associated with spondylometaphyseal dysplasia with cone-rod dystrophy. The molecular weight of PCYT1A is 41 kDa.
