  WB analysis of TT using 84030-5-RR

  TT cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84030-5-RR (PEG3 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using PEG3 antibody (84030-5-RR, Clone: 241234C5 ) at dilution of 1:300 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 84030-5-RR

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug PEG3 Recombinant antibody (84030-5-RR, Clone:241234C5) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84030-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84030-5-RR against Human PEG3 were performed. The affinity constant is 52.3 pM.

Paternally expressed 3 (PEG3) was responsible for Kras/Erk- and mTOR-driven HCC (hepatocellular carcinoma) (PMID: 36451866). PEG3 can regulate the physiological processes related to energy homeostasis found in multiple tissues, such as the brain, testis, ovary, and placenta (PMID: 32729618). Epigenetic silencing and loss of imprinting of PEG3 are implicated in glioma tumorigenesis (PMID: 32231463).
