  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL488-84030-5

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Coralite® Plus 488 Peg3 Recombinant Antibody (CL488-84030-5, Clone:241234C5)(red), or 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (CL488-98136, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Paternally expressed 3 (PEG3) was responsible for Kras/Erk- and mTOR-driven HCC (hepatocellular carcinoma) (PMID: 36451866). PEG3 can regulate the physiological processes related to energy homeostasis found in multiple tissues, such as the brain, testis, ovary, and placenta (PMID: 32729618). Epigenetic silencing and loss of imprinting of PEG3 are implicated in glioma tumorigenesis (PMID: 32231463).
