  WB analysis of Jurkat using 26649-1-AP

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26649-1-AP (PEX13 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HeLa using 26649-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26649-1-AP (PEX13 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at 4 degree celsius over night.

• 

  IHC staining of human kidney using 26649-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue slide using 26649-1-AP (PEX13 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens).

  IHC staining of human kidney using 26649-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue slide using 26649-1-AP (PEX13 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Nierengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HeLa-Zellen
