  WB analysis of mouse eye using 13408-1-AP

  mouse eye tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13408-1-AP (PHACTR4 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human ovary cancer tissue slide using 13408-1-AP (PHACTR4 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of A431 using 13408-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of A431 cells using 13408-1-AP (PHACTR4 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: human ovary cancer tissue; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: A431-Zellen
