  WB analysis using 14661-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14661-1-AP (PHLDA2 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of human placenta using 14661-1-AP

  human placenta tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14661-1-AP (PHLDA2 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: L02-Zellen, humanes Plazenta-Gewebe, MCF-7-Zellen, PC-3-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Prostatakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:500-1:1000
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
