  IF Staining of SH-SY5Y using CL488-25276

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed SH-SY5Y cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 PHOX2B antibody (CL488-25276) at dilution of 1:600, CL594-phalloidin (red).

• 

  FC experiment of Neuro-2a using CL488-25276

  1x10^6 Neuro-2a cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated PHOX2B Polyclonal antibody (CL488-25276)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Paired mesoderm homeobox protein 2B (PHOX2B), also named as Neuroblastoma Phox, is a 314 amino acid protein, which contains one homeobox DNA-binding domain and belongs to the paired homeobox family. PHOX2B localizes in the nucleus and is expressed in neuroblastoma, brain and adrenal gland. PHOX2B plays a role in the development of several major noradrenergic neuron populations, including the locus coeruleus. PHOX2B has an association with congenital central hypoventilation syndrome.
