  WB analysis using 15318-1-AP

  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15318-1-AP (PI4K2A antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis using 15318-1-AP

  HL-60 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15318-1-AP (PI4K2A antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of K-562 using 15318-1-AP

  K-562 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15318-1-AP (PI4K2A antibody) at dilution of 1:400 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
