  WB analysis using 68606-1-Ig (same clone as 68606-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68606-1-Ig (PLAGL2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68606-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  WB analysis of rabbit testis using 68606-1-Ig (same clone as 68606-1-PBS)

  rabbit testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68606-1-Ig (PLAGL2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68606-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 68606-1-Ig (same clone as 68606-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug PLAGL2 Monoclonal antibody (68606-1-Ig, Clone:3C2E5) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1)(red), or 0.25 ug Mouse IgG1 isotype control Mouse McAb (66360-1-Ig, Clone: 1F8D3) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68606-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

PLAGL2, also named KIAA0198, belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. It shows weak transcriptional activatory activity. PLAGL2, a proto-oncogene, is implicated in a variety of cancers including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), malignant glioma, colon cancer, and lung adenocarcinoma. PLAGL2 can function as a tumor suppressor by initiating cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. The calculated molecular weight of PLAGL2 is 55 kDa, but the SUMO1-modifIed form is 68 kDa (PMID: 30535429).
