  WB analysis using 24883-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24883-1-AP (PLEKHO1 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse testis using 24883-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 24883-1-AP (PLEKHO1 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

PLEKHO1, also named as CK2 interacting protein 1 or OC120, is a 409 amino acid protein, which contains one PH domain. PLEKHO1 Predominantly localizes to the plasma membrane. PLEKHO1 plays a role in the regulation of the actin cytoskeleton through its interactions with actin capping protein (CP). Catalog#24883-1-AP recognizes 46 kDa and 90 kDa homodimer band.
