  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85834-4-RR (PNO1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of A549 using 85834-4-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A549 cells using PNO1 antibody (85834-4-RR, Clone: 250134F6 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

Hintergrundinformationen

Human RNA binding gene partner of NOB1 (PNO1) was firstly isolated from human kidney and encodes 35-kDa protein, named PNO1. PNO1 as a ribosome biogenesis factor that contributes to 40S subunit assembly by binding with its partner NOB1. PNO1 is a highly conserved protein with a K homology (KH) domain at its C-terminal and two putative nuclear localization signals at its N-terminal .
