  WB analysis of HeLa using 20655-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20655-1-AP (POLR2A antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20655-1-AP (POLR2A antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HepG2 using 20655-1-AP

  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20655-1-AP (POLR2A antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: A431-Zellen, HeLa-Zellen, NIH/3T3-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Pankreaskarzinomgewebe, Maus-Pankreasgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
