  WB analysis using 17530-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17530-1-AP (POLR3A antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse cerebellum using 17530-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse cerebellum tissue slide using 17530-1-AP (POLR3A antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IHC staining of mouse cerebellum using 17530-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse cerebellum tissue slide using 17530-1-AP (POLR3A antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HeLa-Zellen, MCF-7-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maus-Cerebellum-Gewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500

20ug of protein were loaded. Transference was performed at 4ºC and 90V for 2h. Antibody incubation was done ON at 4ºC.
