  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 68263-1-Ig

  WB result of POLR3D antibody (68263-1-Ig; 1:1000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-POLR3D transfected HEK-293 cells.

  WB analysis using 68263-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68263-1-Ig (POLR3D antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control.

Polymerase (RNA) III (DNA directed) polypeptide D(POLR3D) plays a key role in sensing and limiting infection by intracellular bacteria and DNA viruses and acts as nuclear and cytosolic DNA sensor involved in innate immune response. POLR3D can sense non-self dsDNA that serves as template for transcription into dsRNA.
