  WB analysis using 68263-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68263-1-Ig (POLR3D antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control.

  WB analysis of rabbit brain using 68263-1-Ig

  rabbit brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68263-1-Ig (POLR3D antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 68263-1-Ig

  WB result of POLR3D antibody (68263-1-Ig; 1:1000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-POLR3D transfected HEK-293 cells.

  K-562 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68263-1-Ig (POLR3D antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 68263-1-Ig

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug POLR3D Monoclonal antibody (68263-1-Ig, Clone:2F5G4) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1)(red), or 0.8 ug Mouse IgG1 isotype control Mouse McAb (66360-1-Ig, Clone: 1F8D3) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

DNA-dependent RNA polymerase catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates. Polymerase (RNA) III (DNA directed) polypeptide D(POLR3D) plays a key role in sensing and limiting infection by intracellular bacteria and DNA viruses and acts as nuclear and cytosolic DNA sensor involved in innate immune response. POLR3D can sense non-self dsDNA that serves as template for transcription into dsRNA.
