  IF Staining of A549 using CL488-84298

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed A549 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 POTEA-Specific antibody (CL488-84298, Clone: 241187F7 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-84298

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Coralite® Plus 488 POTEA-Specific Recombinant Antibody (CL488-84298, Clone:241187F7)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Intracellular Staining Permeabilization Wash Buffer.
