  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using POU4F3 antibody (82980-1-RR, Clone: 230345F1 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1).

  FC experiment of U-251 using 82980-1-RR

  1x10^6 U-251 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human POU4F3 (82980-1-RR, Clone:230345F1) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82980-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82980-1-RR against Human POU4F3 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.234 nM.
