  WB analysis of U-937 using 11628-1-AP

  U-937 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11628-1-AP (LRR 1 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human pancreas cancer using 11628-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human pancreas cancer using 11628-1-AP (LRR 1 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 10x lens).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: U-937-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Pankreaskarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
