  WB analysis using 13366-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13366-1-AP (PPP1R12B antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse skeletal muscle using 13366-1-AP

  mouse skeletal muscle tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13366-1-AP (PPP1R12B antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of mouse heart using 13366-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse heart tissue slide using 13366-1-AP (PPP1R12B antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed NIH/3T3 cells using 13366-1-AP (PPP1R12B antibody) at dilution of 1:100 and CoraLite488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
