  WB result of PRKACA antibody (67491-1-Ig; 1:10000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-PRKACA transfected HeLa cells.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HeLa-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen, Jurkat-Zellen, K-562-Zellen, LNCaP-Zellen, NIH/3T3-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Mammakarzinomgewebe, humanes Prostatakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
