  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16794-1-AP (PRKRIP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP result of anti-PRKRIP1 (IP:16794-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:16794-1-AP 1:2000) with NIH/3T3 cells lysate 1200 ug.

PRKR-interacting protein 1 (PRKRIP1), a component of the splicing C complex, is a double-stranded RNA-binding protein. PRKRIP1 consists of a fully extended N-terminal loop (residues 51-75) and an 18-turn α helix (residues 76-142) that spans 100 Å (PMID: 28502770). The full-length cDNA contains an open reading frame of 561 bp, which encodes an 184-amino acid polypeptide with a predicted molecular mass of 21 kDa (PMID: 12679338).
