  WB analysis using 83969-6-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83969-6-RR (PRMT3 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse liver using 83969-6-RR

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse liver tissue slide using 83969-6-RR (PRMT3 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 83969-6-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using PRMT3 antibody (83969-6-RR, Clone: 241092H2 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

• 

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 83969-6-RR

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug PRMT3 Recombinant antibody (83969-6-RR, Clone:241092H2) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Mauslebergewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
