  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66810-1-Ig (PRX3 antibody) at dilution of 1:50000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using PRDX3 antibody (66810-1-Ig, Clone: 1F7F7 ) at dilution of 1:1700 and Multi-rAb CoraLite® Plus 594-Goat Anti-Mouse Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (Cat.NO. RGAM004 ).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 66810-1-Ig

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 66810-1-Ig against Human PRDX3 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.39 nM.
