  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83521-4-RR (PSMD1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83521-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma using 83521-4-RR (same clone as 83521-4-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissue slide using 83521-4-RR (PSMD1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83521-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83521-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 83521-4-RR (same clone as 83521-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug PSMD1 Recombinant antibody (83521-4-RR, Clone:240458C9) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83521-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83521-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83521-4-RR against Human PSMD1 were performed. The affinity constant is 74.2 pM.
