  WB analysis using CL750-83024

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with CL750-83024 (PTPN18 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using CL750-83024

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 750-conjugated PTPN18 Recombinant antibody (CL750-83024, Clone:230154G8)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

PTPN18 (also called PTP-HSCF or BDP1), a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase superfamily, has been reported to be a tumor suppressor in breast cancer by dephosphorylating HER2 and suppressing cell proliferation and invasion. In addition to the well-established role of PTPN18 in breast cancer, our previous study found that PTPN18 and CSK cooperate to inhibit the events triggered by SRC kinases. (PMID: 35982039)
