  WB analysis of HepG2 using 55125-1-AP

  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55125-1-AP (PTPRZ1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HeLa using 55125-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55125-1-AP (PTPRZ1 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of rat cerebellum using 55125-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded rat cerebellum tissue slide using 55125-1-AP (PTPRZ1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HepG2-Zellen, HeLa-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Ratten-Cerebellum-Gewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
