  WB analysis of human brain using 12150-1-AP

  human brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12150-1-AP (PTS antibody) at dilution of 1:200 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human gliomas using 12150-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human gliomas using 12150-1-AP (PTS antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 10x lens).

  IF Staining of HeLa using 12150-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using PTS antibody (12150-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).
