  WB analysis of mouse lung using 11512-1-AP

  mouse lung tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11512-1-AP (PUS1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed MCF-7 cells using PUS1 antibody (11512-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®594-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-4).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: Mauslungengewebe, HEK-293-Zellen, HeLa-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Ovarialkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: MCF-7-Zellen
