  WB analysis using 11213-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11213-1-AP (Nectin-3/PVRL3 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP experiment of mouse testis using 11213-1-AP

  IP Result of anti-Nectin-3/PVRL3 (IP:11213-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:11213-1-AP 1:600) with mouse testis tissue lysate 4000ug.

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:1000-1:4000
• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:20-1:200

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.

This PVRL3 antibody worked wonderfully with 2 ovarian cancer cell lines; OV8 and OV90. I was very pleased with the results.
