  WB analysis of HeLa using 83041-8-RR

  Nocodazole and Calyculin A treated HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83041-8-RR (Phospho-Histone H2A (Thr120) antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with Alpha Tubulin Monoclonal antibody (66031-1-Ig) as loading control.
