  WB analysis using 83811-1-RR

  Non-treated NIH/3T3 cells and PMA treated NIH/3T3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83811-1-RR (Phospho-Histone H2B (Ser14)) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and re-blotted with Alpha Tubulin (66031-1-Ig) antibody as a loading control.

Histones are nuclear proteins that are classified into five major protein groups: histones H2A, H2B, H3, and H4 are known as the core histones. Post-translationally modified H2B proteins can modulate the nucleosome/chromatin structure or DNA accessibility to affect the transcriptional pathways linked to embryonic development and cell differentiation.
