  WB analysis using 28958-1-AP

  Non-treated HEK-293T and Calyculin A treated HEK-293T cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28958-1-AP (Phospho-TAK1 (Thr187) antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated 4℃ overnight. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with GAPDH antibody as a loading control.
