    WB analysis of NIH/3T3 using 84556-1-RR

    Non-treated NIH/3T3 cells, phosphatase inhibitor treated NIH/3T3 cells and λ phosphatase treated NIH/3T3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84556-1-RR (Phospho-MEK2 (Thr394) antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and re-blotted with Alpha Tubulin (66031-1-Ig) antibody as a loading control.

MEK1 and MEK2 are closely related, dual-specificity tyrosine/threonine protein kinases found in the Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway.
