    Non-treated HepG2 and BMP2 (HZ-1128) treated HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28865-1-AP (Phospho-SMAD1 (Ser187) antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at 4℃ overnight. The membrane was stripped and re-blotted with GAPDH antibody as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 28865-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
