  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 81785-1-RR

  Non-treated and Calyculin A treated HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 81785-1-RR (Phospho-TAK1 (Thr187) antibody) at dilution of 1:100000 incubated at room temperature for 1 hour. The membrane was stripped and re-blotted with Alpha Tubulin antibody as loading control.
