  WB analysis using CL750-81785

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with CL750-81785 (Phospho-TAK1 (Thr187) antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of HEK-293 using CL750-81785

  1X10^6 HEK-293 cells untreated (dashed lines) or treated with Calyculin A which intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 750-conjugated Phospho-TAK1 (Thr187) Recombinant antibody (CL750-81785, Clone:2O6)(red), or 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 750 Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (CL750-98136, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 90% MeOH.
