  WB analysis using 86669-1-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86669-1-RR (Phospho-TAU (Thr205) antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and re-blotted with GAPDH antibody (60004-1-Ig) as loading control. The FAD3T mouse is a triple transgenic model expressing APP, PS1, and Tau transgenes.

  Phosphatase inhibitor treated and λ phosphatase treated mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86669-1-RR (Phospho-TAU (Thr205) antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and re-blotted with GAPDH antibody (60004-1-Ig) as loading control.
