  WB analysis using 11420-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11420-1-AP (RAB9A antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human tonsillitis using 11420-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsillitis tissue slide using 11420-1-AP (RAB9A antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HEK-293-Zellen, HeLa-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Tonsillitisgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Hintergrundinformationen

RAB9A belongs to the small GTPase superfamily, the members of which play an important role in regulating vesicular trafficking and reside in specific intracellular compartments. RAB9A has been localized to components of the endocytic/exocytic pathway and has been implicated in recycling of membrane receptors, such as mannose 6-phosphate receptor, from early endosomes to the trans Golgi network.
