  IF Staining of A549 using CL488-11916

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed A549 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 RABL3 antibody (CL488-11916) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HEK-293 using CL488-11916

  1x10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human RABL3 (CL488-11916) (red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000, Clone: ) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
