  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using RACGAP1 antibody (82788-1-RR, Clone: 2D5 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®594-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82788-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 82788-1-RR (same clone as 82788-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug RACGAP1 Recombinant antibody (82788-1-RR, Clone:2D5) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82788-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82788-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82788-1-RR against Human RACGAP1 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.164 nM.
